Dr. Hayes runs a Mindshifter Support Group, in which he teaches, and supports people in using, some of the most powerful and effective tools he has learned for managing unpleasant emotions, improving relationships, building a strong viable spiritual life, and living a happier life. There are a variety of practical tools presented and practiced regularly in these groups.

Each group session stands alone as a valuable teaching and support event. Dr. Hayes donates his time to the Tuesday evening group which is hosted by the Unity Spiritual Center at 225 W. Calhoun, Woodstock, IL. The church will accept a Love offering which is suggested $10.00, and no one is turned away for lack of money.
