The burning bowl ritual is a transformative practice for letting go of what no longer serves you. Begin by finding a quiet space to reflect on what you wish to release, such as negative emotions or limiting beliefs. Breathe deeply, allowing thoughts and feelings to surface naturally.

Next, write down what you want to release on a piece of paper. This act of writing initiates the process of letting go and serves as a physical manifestation of your intention. You can write as much or as little as you need, pouring your emotions onto the page to create space for healing.

After writing, read over your words, acknowledging your feelings. Then, safely light a fire in a bowl or fire-safe container. Hold the paper over the flame, visualizing the release of negative energies as the paper burns and turns to ash. Imagine these…
