The Winter Solstice marks a powerful turning point, a time to honor the darkness, release what you are ready to leave behind, and welcome the returning light with fresh intentions for the season ahead.
Join us for an afternoon of heart-opening cacao, gentle breathwork, powerful release and intention setting ceremony, and immersive sound healing as we honor the turning of the seasons, let go of what we're ready to leave behind, and set powerful intentions for the year ahead.

Bring: A journal, mat or floor pillow, a blanket if you wish, chairs will also be available. You may also bring an organic offering for the salt bowl (a flower, leaf, small stone, herb). Water, tea and light snacks will be provided.
