About the event
Unity Spiritual Center of Woodstock is delighted to partner with the talented Kelley Edwards of Be Moved Yoga Studio in Crystal Lake for a special monthly candlelight yoga experience. Many of you may remember Kelley from our Spiritual Summit — her warm energy and mindful guidance make every practice deeply restorative.
Join us on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 6–7 PM for an evening of gentle movement, breath, and inner stillness in the soft glow of candlelight. This class is open to all levels and offers a peaceful space to unwind, reconnect, and recharge.
